📖 Family Services

Luna Learning provides individualized speech, language, and literacy services for children and adolescents (PK–12). We support families who are concerned about communication, learning, or academic progress and want clear guidance and practical next steps.Services are grounded in clinical speech-language pathology and evidence-based educational practices. Services are available virtually and limited local in-person.Services are offered in structured packages that vary by session frequency and may include therapy, consultation, and/or evaluation depending on your child’s needs. Families can review package options and pricing on our Tuition & Fees page.

📚 Evaluations & Assessments
Evaluations help identify how your child understands and uses language, communicates, and learns.
Depending on your concerns, an evaluation may look at speech, language, literacy, and learning skills.
Evaluations may take multiple sessions depending on your child’s age and areas assessed. After the evaluation, results are analyzed and explained in clear, parent-friendly language. You will receive a written written report with findings and recommendations that may be shared with schools or other professionals as needed.Previous school or outside evaluations can be reviewed as part of the process.Comprehensive standardized evaluations are included in select packages and may also be added to other service packages.

📚 Individual Therapy
Therapy is individualized, one-on-one, and provided as part of structured service packages.
Therapy may support:
• Speech sound development
• Language comprehension and expression
• Academic language skills
• Reading, spelling, and written language
• Dyslexia and language-based learning differences
All package sessions include 50 minutes of direct, individualized instruction, with 10 minutes reserved at the end for parent communication, carryover guidance, and documentation. Scheduling and frequency are based on your child’s needs, goals, and your family’s availability. Please view our Tuition & Fees page for package information.

📚 Literacy & Dyslexia Support
When reading or spelling difficulties are part of the picture, therapy may include structured literacy intervention. This approach is aligned with Orton-Gillingham and Wilson principles and is evidence-based, systematic, explicit, and tailored to each learner.
All materials are provided.

📚 Virtual Services
Virtual therapy provides the same individualized support as in-person sessions.
Sessions are conducted live using a secure platform. Your child will need a computer or tablet with a camera and a reliable internet connection. We help families get set up before services begin.
